I took a look before I hit the road
I didn't just leave your house, I'm well aware that I left home
I took a heart with me and let it go
It's been two years now and I still think of you when I'm alone
You can't tell me that I didn't try
But I could look in your eyes and say I wouldn't make the same mistake twice
You can't tell me that I'm not alive
But there's a case to be made for the parts of me that I let die
Moving forward gets hard to do without running shoes
Slowly moving pieces always work in such precisioin
You fell asleep on me
But woke up in your home
I still find Blue Hair
In everything that I own
It could still work if we make it
We made it out of the basement
Always thought this was an interesting spin off from hail the sun and this album plus the self title is some good shit! I met Donovan Melero in person and while I think the popularity has gone to his head, the drummer and base are cool guys! Neo
Certainly a controversial direction for the band, but this album ultimately rests as my favorite from TTNG. The technical mastery of their previous albums is still present here along with some very thought provoking and philosophical lyrics. I may not always agree with the lyrical messaging, but this is an album which rewards careful listening. Syobnaf
Brilliantly unhinged hardcore-inspired songs that splinter expectations to smithereens with their split-second rhythm changes & wild vocals. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 28, 2022
A heavy blend of post-rock and shoegaze from Argentina's Ox en Mayo Alto rides big emotional crests and contemplative valleys. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 27, 2021
The beginning riff set you up for a journey some people aren't ready for. This album is a masterpiece, I accidentally bought it twice but I'd buy it a third time ameier
